A special thank you to Senior School Community Service Boys and the coaches at @arena_heroes for giving PISJ-ES Senior School boys a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu workshop teaching them the martial arts of self defense. The techniques taught, empowered the students with strength training, discipline, and leverage and weight distribution allowing a smaller weaker person to defend themselves against a bigger stronger opponent.
