Books Sale 2025-2026

The new Academic Session 2025-2026 is commencing from 24th of August 2025. Books for grade PG to A levels will be available in the PISJES book bank for purchase from 18th of August 2025 at subsidized price as compared to the market.
Friday 22nd August 2025 will be ON for book sale.
Saturday will be ON for book sale except 23rd August 2025.

Procedure for buying Books on Campus (Auditorium)

1. Entry & Token Collection
➢ Enter through Gate No. 7 and proceed directly to the Auditorium from main gate to collect your token.
2. Booklist Collection
➢ Visit the Booklist Counter located next to the Token Machine/counter.
➢ Collect the booklist for the relevant grade level(s).
3. Filling the Booklist
➢ Clearly write the Student ID, Parent ID, and Class on the booklist.
➢ Tick mark/mention (Loose books or Full Set) the books you wish to purchase.
4. Payment Process
➢ When your token number is called, proceed to the Fee Counter.
➢ Submit the marked booklist, make the payment, and collect your payment receipts (two copies).
5. Book Collection
➢ With the payment receipts (two copies), proceed to the Books Counter to collect the ordered books.
➢ Verify and count all books before leaving the counter.
6. Exit
➢ After collecting your books, kindly exit through Gate No. 7

Books Collection for Bank Transfer Payment

3. Enter student ID and select the grade.
4. Select the books you want to buy.
5. After selection of books, click on print and download file (PDF).
6. The downloaded file will show the selected books and total amount.
7. Please check and confirm the books in the file (The process can be repeated, if required)
8. Transfer the total amount shown in the receipt to school Bank account which is given below.
9. Bank Al Jazira: Pakistan International School ES, AC#0021-245219-001 OR IBAN: SA62 6000 0000 0212 4521 9001(Pakistan Intl School Jeddah ES).
10. Email the ‘Transfer Transaction Receipt’ and the ‘Downloaded File’ To This email (fee@pisjes.edu.sa)
11. With in 24 hours of your email, you will get the soft copy receipt of ordered books
12. After getting the receipt , you may visit the book bank (in auditorium) to collect the books
13. After collection of books, please Exit from gate No.7
