Document Requests (IGCSE & A Levels)

Please use the following procedure to apply for the documents:
1. Current Students (Y9-A2): Login using your school-issued Microsoft account to access the Document Requisition Form (https://forms.office.com/r/HjpJq3SDnW)
Ex-students (Y9-A2): are required to send an email to documentrequest.cie@pisjes.edu.sa to request any documents (list below), along with the following information:
- Parent ID, Student ID
- Student Full Name (as per school record), Father’s Name (as per school record)
- Last attended Class/ Section
- Contact No.
- Date of Birth, Student Passport Number.
- If recommendations are requested, mention the subjects for which recommendations are required
- Supporting evidence highlighting where these requested documents are specifically needed.
Note: Emails with incomplete/missing/ wrong information will cause delays in the processing time.
2. The CIE Department will receive the request. The processing time for document requests is 5-6 working days (following the day of requisition).
3. All outstanding dues must be cleared at the time of the request for it to be processed. Applicants with outstanding dues must clear them before collecting the requested documents.
4. The CIE Department will contact the applicant (via email) to arrange for document collection.

-School Transcript
- CIE Transcript
- Character Certificate
- Predicted/ Forecast Grade
- Medium of Instruction Letter
- Subject(s) Recommendation Letter(s)

"Document requests for other grade levels must be submitted directly to Student Affairs (via parent portal)".
