Administration Position Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, education, or a relevant field .

Professional Experience:
- 2–10+ years of experience in administration, office management, or academic coordination.
- Prior experience in educational institutions is often preferred.
Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities Might Include:
- Coordinating academic or core admin schedules.
- Supervising non-teaching staff.
- Supporting teaching staff and management.
Teaching Position Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (mandatory).
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred (especially for college/university level).
- Subject-specific certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA for English language teaching).
Professional Experience:
- 1–5 years of teaching experience (depending on level of role).
