Administration Position Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, education, or a relevant field .  
  • Master’s degree (MBA, M.Ed., MPA, etc.) preferred for senior roles.
Professional Experience:
  • 2–10+ years of experience in administration, office management, or academic coordination.  
  • Prior experience in educational institutions is often preferred.
Skills:
  • Organizational and time management skills. 
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities Might Include:
  • Coordinating academic or core admin schedules. 
  • Supervising non-teaching staff.
  • Supporting teaching staff and management.
Teaching Position Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred (especially for college/university level).
  • Subject-specific certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA for English language teaching).
Professional Experience:
  • 1–5 years of teaching experience (depending on level of role). 
  • Freshers may be accepted for junior roles with strong academic records.
Skills:
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Effective communication and classroom management.
  • Lesson planning and assessment skills.
  • Adaptability and patience.
