Online Admission Form Submission Guideline:
1. Kindly fill out the admission form through the link below with correct information according to Passport and Iqama of the student.
2.Once completed, make sure to SUBMIT the form online.
3. Visit Admission office according to your given appointment along with the hard copy of admission form and required documents.
4. It is mandatory that parents should provide a hard copy of the completed admission form along with the other documents at the time of visiting school.
Document Required:
Kindly provide a photocopy of the below documents (each copy on separate page)
a) Student’s and parent’s valid digital Iqama/Absher (Screenshot of desktop version).
b) Student’s and Parent’s updated passport.
c) Student’s birth certificate/Form B and CNIC.
d) Student’s birth vaccination/immunization certificate.
e) Student’s report cards for all pervious academic years. (Not applicable for kindergarten)
f) Fee Clearance certificate from pervious school (if previous school is within the Kingdom)
g) Original school leaving certificate from the previous school. (Hard copy)
h) Three (3) passport size photographs with white background
In case of submission of incorrect data, PISJES administration reserves the right to nullify the admittance of the applicant.
Verification Procedure on Campus

1. Parents are requested to enter school from Gate No.1.
2. Visit the Reception on left and take a token from the Token Machine for Admissions Office. And wait for your turn in the waiting area.
3. After successful verification of your data and documents, you will be assigned a parent and student code for each applicant.
4. Please visit the Accounts office and pay admission charges according to fee structure mentioned on our website. Please visit Fee Structure for more information.
• Classes will only be allocated once the above criteria are satisfied.
• The student cannot attend the class without transfer in Noor System as per the M.O.E instructions. Kindly make sure that your child’s Noor System file is archived or transferred to "Pakistan International School Jeddah English Section" by 28th September 2024. (Not applicable to Over Seas Students)
• No Manual Application will be accepted if not submitted online.
• Forms will not be processed if appointment timings are not followed.
• School does not provide the facility of Printout and Photocopy.
