Admission Form Submission Guideline:
1. Kindly check the registered email address for admission form.
2. It is mandatory that parents provide a hard copy of the completed admission form along with the other documents at the time of visiting the school (photocopy facility is not available).
Note: Parents should strictly follow the appointment timings otherwise, their form will not be processed. No manual application will be accepted by the admissions office (the school will not provide the facility to print the documents or admission form).

1. Parents are requested to enter school from Gate No.1.
2. Please take a Token for the Admission Office from the token machine in the reception area near gate “1” and wait for your turn in the designated waiting area.
Copies of: (Each Copy on a Separate Page):
a) Students’ and parents’ valid digital Iqama/Absher (Screenshot of desktop version) and passport. b) Student’s birth certificate/Form B and CNIC. c) Student’s birth vaccination/immunization certificate. d) Student’s report cards for all previous academic years. (Not applicable for kindergarten) e) Fee Clearance certificate from the previous school (if the previous school is within the Kingdom) f) Original school leaving certificate from the previous school. (Hard copy) g) Three (3) passport-size photographs with a white background
Note:
1. After successful verification of your data and documents, you will be assigned a parent and student code for each applicant
2. You can then go to the Accounts office and pay admission charges according to the fee structure mentioned on our website. Please visit Fee Structure for more information.
3. Classes will only be allocated on submission of all the above-mentioned documents.
4. Kindly make sure that your ward’s Noor System file is archived or transferred to "Pakistan International School Jeddah English Section" by 24th August 2025. Per the M.O.E. instructions, the student cannot attend the class without transferring into the Noor System.
5. New students coming from outside the kingdom are not required to transfer into the Noor system.
