Cricketer Javed Miandad’s Visit

It is a matter of great pride and honour for PISJES to host the greatest batsman Pakistan has ever produced, Cricket Legend, Mr Javed Miandad, at his debut visit to the School, adding invaluably to the long list of cameo moments in the school’s star-studded legacy.
In his address, Mr Miandad motivated the students to give the best performance they can for which discipline and commitment is the key to success after which he engaged in a Q&A session with our A Levels students and continued onto teaching the PISJES Cricket Girls and Boys Team some tips and tricks of the game in our cricket camp.
In Principal Mr Adnan Nasir’s welcome address, he said, “Our distinguished guest of honour, Mr Javed Miandad, is not just a legendary cricketer but a symbol of excellence and perseverance.”
H.E. Mr Khalid Majeed, Consul General of Pakistan, called Mr Miandad “one of the finest cricketers the world has produced.”
